Davis & Saunders was founded in 1975 by James T. Davis and Ben B. Saunders, graduates of Loyola Law School in New Orleans, Louisiana. Starting with a local general practice, the firm now serves the entire state and maintains a case load throughout the Southeastern United States (Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, South Carolina). The firm has tried injury cases to verdict in Alabama, Georgia, Florida and South Carolina, in addition to the various State and Federal Courts in Louisiana. The firm encourages continuing professional development and all partners actively participate, moderate, or speak at continuing legal eduction seminars, railway union meetings, professional association activities and civic affairs.
